Fraud Check Error

If you have placed an order online and it has failed with a Fraud Check error, it means that your order has failed our automated fraud check.




Common reasons for failing the fraud check are not placing the order from the billing address you provided, or using a Proxy/VPN/Anonymizer.

To avoid the error message, please ensure that the registration information you provided is accurate:

  1. The phone number you entered should be valid and reachable
  2. The area code of the phone number entered in the registration form should match the area code/codes associated with the billing address
  3. The location of the IP address used to place an order should match the billing address



If you feel this message to be an error, please contact sales@hostkey.com and quote your order number. 

Note: All orders placed via Proxy/VPN/Anonymizer services will be denied.

In addition to the automated fraud check all orders are also fraud checked and verified manually by our staff.
