Refunds

In the unfortunate case your cloud server has been down for a prolonged time due to a technical issue you may request a refund from our billing department by sending a message to sales@hostkey.com and describing the situation. The case will be reviewed and our billing managers will conclude if the request is valid and the refund can be granted, of if there is any other way to settle the case.

Switching to a different server due to unresolvable technical limitations of the current server can also be considered a valid reason for a refund. Kindly submit a cancellation request from your billing area, place a new order and inform us at sales@hostkey.com that any refundable amount should be transferred to your account funds to be used as payment for the new order.

For our Cloud VDS we offer a money back option. If you find that the service doesn’t match your expectations, you will get a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  1. You have applied for a refund within 5 days from the moment the service was delivered.
  2. It is only possible to request a refund if you are using the service for the first time. If you made use of the service in the past (and applied for a refund), second refund is not possible.
  3. There was no violation of HOSTKEY’s Terms of Services.

Please note that 5 day rule of refund does not apply to GPU or dedicated servers.
